Steve went to Keble College Oxford in the early 1970s where he obtained a first degree in Modern languages.  This was later followed with an MBA in the late 1980s at Loughborough University, which was also awarded recognition as the Midlands region’s best MBA of 1988.

Steve joined UCCF in late 2003, as Director of Finance and Operations and Company Secretary, from industry, having spent an extensive career with Boots in a number of commercial, business planning, operations and licensing roles. 

Steve and Kay have one daughter Rachel, who is currently a Media Arts student at Royal Holloway.  In their spare time they regularly holiday as a family in France, where they have a holiday home in Brittany.  Steve’s other main leisure pursuit is playing and composing music.
