Mark Bonnington is Senior Leader of King's Church Durham and Handley Moule Fellow in New Testament at St John's College, Durham University. He represents the New Churches on the denominational Church Leaders' Group for north east England and is invovled in Christian Leaders Forum, an inter-denominational leadership development initiative in the north east.

Mark has spoken at CUs in Durham, Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Sheffield, Stockton and York.

He is married to Ruth and they have one daughter and two sons.
