Lizzie is this year’s Student Council rep for Wales. She is not Welsh! But after studying French and German at Cardiff University for the past 3 years she has come to love this strange little region of the UK!

Lizzie spent the first 2 years of her course in Cardiff, where she loved getting involved with the international student work in the CU and the hall groups. She then spent last year in France and Germany on her year abroad, which opened her eyes to the wider Church and how CUs of other countries and cultures are striving to spread the love of Jesus in their nations!

As rep for Wales Lizzie is looking forward to keeping in touch with lots of Welsh CUs and passing on their news and ideas to the UCCF guys and vice versa. In her spare time Lizzie enjoys sailing, good music, walking on the moors, being with friends and family, and rugby!
