MJ Axelson
MJ (Mary Jane) Axelson graduated in 2009 from Cambridge University where she studied Italian and Spanish and then got married to Guy three weeks later! Putting her love of languages on hold, she embarked on a one year course in Apologetics at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics to get trained up in answering difficult questions seekers have with the Christian faith. Guy – who is from Cape Town, South Africa - and MJ – who originally hails from Edinburgh via Vancouver and York - are still based in beautiful Oxford where they enjoy a good stroll around the Uni Parks, playing Frisbee, kite-flying and anything sports related. Guy is the Administrator at the North Oxford Overseas Centre which provides a home away from home for international post-grad students, and MJ is thrilled to be let loose among the students at Oxford and Brunel! They love having people over for dinner parties, are known to be a touch addicted to word games (especially Boggle), and enjoy picking up fine wine on their holidays abroad.
