Owen Brown
As the team leader in Wales, Owen works alongside an outstanding staff team and tries to stimulate and support them in their work as they resource, train and mature students in the Christian Unions across Wales. Definitely one of the highpoints of his job is seeing bold Christian students living and speaking for Jesus in the heart of their universities and colleges. If they do it creatively, even better!
He also gets to spend plenty of time with church leaders across the Principality informing them about the exciting, clear and unifying vision for the Welsh CUs, communicating the amazing work that the Lord is doing with and through them and recounting the wonderful and rich history of student work in Wales.
Please commit to praying with Owen that students in Wales would become even more dynamic, imaginative and courageous in their witness and that they would develop in their assurance in the God’s awesome Word.
Owen’s married to Rhian. They’re both fully involved in the life of their church. Apart from Jesus and his wife, Owen massively loves his friends, art, food and sport!
