Who’s it for?

CU Exec/ Committee members:

Whatever your role on your CU Exec/Committee, you’ll receive training that will help you get off to a good start as well as time with
the other leaders of your CU.

Small Group/Hall Group Leaders:

Come along for a special training track designed to help you lead your group humbly, faithfully and with an evangelistic edge

Those interested in working with international students:

There’s a special training track for those who are already working with international students or who want to get something new off the ground.

Small CUs:

If you’re part of a small CU, you’re likely to be helping lead it
even if you’re not officially a leader. Why not bring along a group from your CU
for this training weekend?

What’s happening?

• Teaching from God’s word from Tim Rudge, UCCF’s ‘Field Director’. Tim willbe opening up the book of 2 Peter for us.• A chance to meet others in a similar role to yourself from across the North West.
• Time for corporate prayer and responding to God’s grace in music and song.
• Three training tracks for CU leaders, Small Group Leaders and those involved in international student work.
• Quality food and lots of fun!
  

What to bring:

• Warm sleeping bag, pillow and something to sleep on (otherwise it’s ahard floor!)• Bible, notebook, pen etc.
• Money or chequebook to buy life-changing books at low, low prices.
• Towel, wash kit & any pills, potions and lotions you can’t go without.
• Clothes for day (and night!)
• We will be taking a collection towards funding a new staff worker for Cumbria. If you or your CU would like to contribute towards this, please bring your gift to the weekend.
