What are your aims and objectives of the café?

Prayerfully considering your aims and objectives will help you to work well throughout the year. Try to be realistic about how much you plan to do. You don’t want it to end up like a revision schedule which isn’t kept to.

Use questionnaires to help you find out your aims and objectives.

  1. Find out how many IS there are on your campus and which countries they come from?
  2. What are their needs?
  3. Is the café meeting these needs?
  4. What will attract IS?
  5. Does our programme meet our aims?
  6. What are our resources?
  7. What kind of Christians would we like to come and support the café?
  8. What kind of training programme could we run for them?
  9. Do we want to develop a team?
