As team leader for East Central, Russell’s main responsibility is for the staff team, helping them to train and encourage students to be witnesses for Jesus, and looking to see them grow as disciples themselves. There’s also the fabulous opportunity to visit CUs of different shapes and sizes to see how they are living and speaking for Jesus on campus. Then he gets to share that exciting vision with church leaders round the region. As husband to Steph and dad to 3, there’s rarely a dull moment, and the search for one keeps him busy the rest of the time!
