My name is Steph Parsons, also known as ‘The Parsonator’ to many. I have recently completed my degree at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) studying Forensic Science and Criminal Investigation – and the next step of my life will be the exciting year of Relay in my university town of Preston, working alongside the CU at UCLan.

I became a Christian when I was 14 years old, but it wasn’t until a university open day that I told my parents...then it wasn’t until attending university and being involved with the CU that I realised how great God is, how huge the sacrifice he made for me was, how little I deserved it, and how important evangelism is!

This time on Relay will be a good time to share encouragements with, and to assist, the students at UCLan. On the other side of this year, I will have the chance to deeper my understanding of God’s amazing character through my own personal study time, through meetings with my lovely staff worker, through teaching given by other UCCF staff, and through working alongside the CU here in Preston.

Evangelism is urgent – so please pray God would be glorified throughout the year as we evangelise!
