When Matthew first went to his CU at Staffordshire University, he did so with the open agenda of persuading them that the Bible was not true! Now he's a Staff Worker with three Leicestershire CUs.

His CU made him actually study the Scriptures for himself and God opened Matthew's eyes to the truth about the Lord Jesus. Since then Matthew has been urging people to look at Jesus for themselves in order that they might come to know and love him.

After a wonderful experience of CU at university, Matthew has worked variously including for Avenue Community Church in Leicester. He's now looking forward to working with students from Leicester, De Montfort and Loughborough, hoping to train them to work effectively as missional communities.

Matthew loves reading in the bath tub, playing games, listening to music, and dreaming up ambitious writing projects that never come to pass.
