Dan supports and resources Christian Union student leaders at Paisley University, Strathclyde and Caledonian universities in Glasgow, as well as the Glasgow School of Art and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. He meets with them regularly for student-mission based discipleship as well as planning and evaluating the various outreaches happening on the campuses. The work also involves him in some Bible teaching, equipping in creative evangelism and apologetics, and engaging with the arts. Dan is married to Andrea and they have four children: Lydia, Otto, Jack-Lewis, and Hugo. In his spare time Dan sings in a punk band with other Christians, studies philosophy, enjoys music by Nick Cave, The Clash, and Captain Beefheart, watching films, voraciously reading a variety of literature, occasional creative writing, and the odd dramatic recitation of his mad 'monsters & theology' lyrics(!).
