Everyone knows Scotland’s students are the best in the world: anyone who disagrees with this is just jealous. But now more than ever, most haven’t a clue who Jesus is. Through the Scottish UCCF team, Mark’s role is to strengthen and equip Christian students during their time on campus. He wants to see God’s word built into them so that they are confident in the gospel and lay the foundations for lifelong discipleship. And he wants to help encourage and enable them to reach out to their peers so that they too come to know Christ through the cross.

Mark is married to Joanne, and they have three children who traitorously support their mother to cheer for Ireland in the rugby. He is addicted to 24, dependent on real coffee, ruthless at Monopoly, a hazard on a motorbike, and not a pretty sight in the mornings.
