Are you:
- Looking for mission related resources for your CU, small group, prayer meeting or other event?
- Wanting to know about how you can spend your summer in mission?
- Planning a gap year?
- Considering a career in cross-cultural mission?
We are appointed by UCCF to help students in Christian Unions in Scotland to help you:
- Develop a worldwide vision for mission
- Have appropriate world mission opportunities
- By providing mission related resources.
We do this in 2 primary ways:
CU Links
Each World Mission Advisor is linked with at least one University and keeps in contact with your Miss. Sec. If you are looking for Bible study resources, summer vac opportunities or if you have any other world mission related questions contact your World Mission Advisor.
Mission Tour
Each year in November the World Mission Advisors visit all the CUs in Scotland. The aim of the tour is to encourage students in their involvement in world mission and includes information about summer mission opportunities. Here is some information to get you started:
- Planning a team – including advice on how to go about organising a team from your CU, who can help, what you need to do, etc.
- Raising Funds for Mission Trips – a big issue with lots of ideas and advice to help you raise the money you need to serve overseas
