I have spent 3 years at Kent University studying Social Anthropology, and have loved the experience and the course. Since the beginning of university the CU has been where I learnt about God’s mission for us to share with students the good news that shapes our lives.

When I look back, I can see how much I grew through the three years, understanding more about God and grasping his amazing love for us as well as seeing Jesus change students’ lives. So I am really excited to be able to invest a year in supporting the Kent CU to engage with their campus! God has already been, and I pray will continue to, encouraging Christians in Canterbury to reach international students, and so next year will be an exciting year for the CU to step out and share their faith and their friendship with the many international students.

In the future I know God will want me to continue to spread his gospel, and this year will provide a solid base for my understanding of various aspects of Christianity and especially of grace. It will also be a challenge to be completely reliant on God to provide in what he has planned for me!
