Being part of the Christian Union while at university has made the journey through my degree course more challenging, rewarding, and exciting than I thought possible when I left home four years ago. It has taught me the importance of remaining close to the Lord, being bold in speaking for Jesus, but also the humility of how best to do this. Without the love and support of those involved in the Christian Union I would not have grown, or perhaps even remained in my walk with God, given the temptations that all students face when stepping into the university environment.

As a Relay worker, my aim is to support and guide students at university in the same way that others did for me. My hope is that God will be able to use me, so that students at Sussex University will be just as, or even more so!, challenged, rewarded and excited, about the work of the Christian Union.
