Hi! My name is Jess and I’m overjoyed to be your South West student rep for the coming year. Raised in Plymouth, I gave my life to Jesus at the age of 15 and have seen God’s love and faithfulness in many different situations through the years.

I studied Music and Education from 2008-2011 at Bath Spa University and am now studying for my PGCE qualification still here in the South West. Whilst at university, I was a member of the CU and also served on committee as secretary during my 2nd year. During this time I had bundles of fun, saw God’s amazing provision for his people and went away feeling massively encouraged and strengthened.

As your Student Council rep, I hope that I can serve you all in a really practical way so please let me know what’s working for you guys on the ground and what could do with some re jigging! CU’s provide wonderful opportunities to share God’s awesomeness with your campuses getting the life giving message of Jesus out to our universities, so get plugged in and built up by God and his people!
