Not all churches have students as part of their congregation.  Some are primarily ‘sending’ churches, not situated near to a university, but who annually wave goodbye to the oldest members of their youth group as they trek off to the heady heights of tertiary education!  Other churches have very few student members during the long summer holidays, but a huge influx each September when the students return to the area in droves! 

Churches are in a great position to play a key role in helping to prepare students who are going to university for the first time. You can point them to our Freshers' website where they can link up with the CU where they are headed to before they get there. You can also request some of our Student Cook Books to hand out to school-leavers in your church.
