When do I confirm who will be representing my organisation?

Please confirm your representatives via the Team Information Form 

When do I need to pay?

We will email you an invoice after your application has been accepted. Only once we have received your payment will your place be guaranteed. Please contact hub@uccf.org.uk for further questions.

Exhibiting FAQs

What will the Hub Opening Hours be?

The times for Forum 2019 are below and are subject to change. Exhibitors are welcome to be on their stand outside of core opening hours if they so choose.

Day 1

Set up will be from 3pm onwards.

(Evening only) 

9:00pm – 11:00pm

Day 2

10:45am – 11:30am

1:00pm – 3:00pm

9:00pm – 11:00pm

Day 3

10:45am – 11:30am

1:00pm – 3:00pm

9:30pm – 11:00pm

Day 4

10:45am – 11:30am

1:00pm – 3:00pm

9:00pm – 11:30pm

Packdown will take place from 11:30pm of Day 4.

On Day 5 you are welcome to join us for a final morning meeting in the Arena, or get a headstart home!

What can I bring for my stand?

Your stand must be free standing (there are no wall structures to fix display materials to). Therefore, if you require a ‘backdrop’ to your exhibition space, you must bring your own display boards.

If you didn't let us know in your application form that you need a table or chairs, please email us ASAP. 

In our experience, the most successful exhibitors are those who seek to be as interactive as possible and have fun, creative ways of drawing people in. The use of sound and video equipment is encouraged. You will be advised on site regarding volume levels.

How involved can I be in the whole week’s events?

There are also the morning and evening events and seminars that you are very welcome to sit in on if it doesn't clash with exhibition opening hours.

Advertising FAQs

I am a charity and don’t pay VAT on advertising, so can you reduce the cost?

The advertising prices that are listed are excluding VAT. UCCF reserves the right to charge VAT at the standard rate on advertising if a valid form is not received at the time of invoicing or if it is considered that advertising does not meet the criteria as authorised in HM customs and Excise Notice 701/58. If you have not filled one out for us recently, please request a form.
