Communications and Supporter Relations Officer

UCCF: The Christian Unions are seeking a Communications and Supporter Relations Officer to play a key role in our busy Development and Communications Team. You will be responsible for promoting and resourcing the work of UCCF through writing, editing and publishing content across various channels and mediums, and contributing to UCCF’s communications strategy. You will also be responsible for relating to prayer and financial supporters to support key fundraising activities. You will be part of a close-knit team, and a friendly and Christ-centred office.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in fundraising, communications. They will definitely have the abilities to write creative copy and communicate with a range of people. They will have an eye for design and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will take initiative, communicate well, and drive projects forward. They will also have good IT and administrative skills, be able to relate well with others and network strategically, and be a motivated self-starter.

The role is full time (36 ¼ hours per week) and permanent. The post is based in our office in central Oxford. Salary will be £22,703 pa. Applicants should be graduates, with a passion for student evangelism. Start date is as soon as possible, ideally before the end of July.
