Liz will be starting work with UCCF as Relay Worker in August 2022.
Liz is doing Relay in London, supporting the Christian Unions in Royal College of Music and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.
Liz says...
I'm super excited to be working with the CUs at the Royal College of Music and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in this coming academic year! CU was an enormous encouragement to me during my time as a music student at uni, encouraging and equipping me to live for Jesus and share the good news of the gospel. I can't wait to spend a year helping other students in the same way!
As a Relay Worker, I will spend a year supporting these CUs, helping out however I can, and getting alongside individual students to chat, pray, study God's word, and encourage them in living for Jesus. I will also benefit from personal study, discipleship, and training. Going into this year, I am keenly aware of my own dependence on the Lord's strength, wisdom, and provision. I am so grateful to all those who have committed to supporting me this year, both in prayer and financially - it would not be possible without them! Pray for Liz
Prayer is a vital part of supporting Liz’s work with Christian Unions. Here are some prayer points from Liz:
- Please pray that the students of Trinity and RCM CUs will continue to grow in their love for Jesus, and that this would lead them to be bold and unified in evangelism in the coming year.
- Please pray that the Lord would work powerfully through the CUs this year to bring people to Him, and that He would strengthen and guide me to be useful to the CUs in this work.
- Please pray for me as I move to London and settle into a new city and new church, that I would know the comfort of God's loving sovereignty in a scary and uncertain time.

- Encourage CU students in their faith in the Lord Jesus.
- Give biblically-grounded answers to students exploring Christianity.
- Support CUs as they seek to give every student the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel.
