Arts Network Co-ordinator.
Lois Adams currently coordinates the UCCF Arts Network and has direct experience working with creative and art students for UCCF over many years. She studied Set Design for Stage and Screen at UAL Wimbledon School of Art and was tremendously blessed by the teaching she received from UCCF. After graduating she worked mostly in the theatre industry and as an art teacher too. Before starting with UCCF she worked for Morphe Arts; a network of creative graduates who are Christians.
Lois’s passion is to see Christians in the Creative Arts world; seriously developing their God-given craft and engaging with culture in both critical and influential spheres. It is a long-term goal, but she trusts that God will protect and grow His children to challenge and change our culture for good.
Her priorities as an Arts Network Co-ordinator, is to focus on building better resources for creative arts students; planning national conferences, online resources and developing Arts Network localised hubs across Great Britain. She will be supporting and training the Arts Network team; made up of UCCF staff and Relay Workers and Arts Network Friends, who help minister to creative students. The Arts Network aims is to biblically equip every creative student to understand their creative gift, God's character and our culture. Therefore giving them confidence in engaging with the arts world and its concepts. Emboldening them to share Jesus creatively with their peers while being encouraged in community and network of other creative Christians.
