Rory is doing Relay in Glasgow, supporting the Christian Union in the University of Glasgow.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hello, I am Rory Smith from Aberdeen and I have just finished reading economics at the University of Aberdeen. The highlight of my time at university was being involved with the Christian Union, being able to open God's word with people who had never heard the truth of the Gospel before as well as encouraging the saints at the Christian Union in various forms.
This year I am excited and look forward to working alongside the Christian Union at the University of Glasgow and in particular being on the front line with them proclaiming the good news of the Lord Jesus Christ to students. Part of being a Relay Worker involves drawing alongside the Christian Union members and reading the Bible with them in order that they will be marinated in its truth and be effective evangelists on campus.
