After spending a year out in South America to become a more "well rounded individual" David went to study Environmental Sciences at Southampton University — and found out he wasn't very well rounded.
David spent his university days playing hockey for the university, talking about Jesus for the Christian Union and (ocasionally) studying for his degree. In his final year at university he served on the UCCF student council.
After graduating David moved to Oxford with UCCF's Relay program working with Christian Persuaders - giving evangelistic talks and helping train others to do the same. Then moved to Cardiff to be a Staff Worker supporting students in CUs in and around Cardiff.
He’s now made it full circle and has returned to the region in which he studied to be the South East Team Leader, working to equip students across across the region to share the gospel of Jesus Christ amongst their peers. He's particularly passionate about helping students be radically devoted to Jesus in a post-Christian culture and training students to stand up and persuasively proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ.
