Emily discovered at university that the God she gave her Sundays to wanted all of her life- to show her life in all its fullness.
Having grown up in Kenya as a daughter of missionaries, God was an ever present and loving Father to Emily but her years growing up were a journey of discovering what it really means to be loved by God and to love him too. She moved to Bristol at the age of 16 and on a gap year travelled to India and South East Asia. It was probably these cross cultural experiences that led her to study Social Anthropology at Kent University for 3 years. During this time she encountered the love of God in a fresh way and a passion for sharing him was kindled through CU involvement.
Since then she has done Relay with UCCF and worked for 2 years as an evangelist with the Michael Ots Evangelism Trust. She loves living by the sea in Bournemouth and her love for travel and adventure continues!
