If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at forum@uccf.org.uk.
If you cancel your place, we will retain your £25 deposit.

Refunds
Refunds are given at the discretion of UCCF and are not issued automatically.
A refund request should be emailed to forum@uccf.org.uk as soon as possible with a letter of explanation including suitable documentation where necessary e.g. doctor's note.
If you qualify for a refund you will not receive back your deposit of £25 - this is an administration charge. From the 10 July 2026, you will only receive 50% of the total cost of your booking. Full refunds will be offered for reasonable unforeseen circumstances which prevent you from attending such as an unexpected university event, personal health issue, or berevement.
No refunds submitted on or after the start of the event date (1 September 2026) will be considered.
Please note that our event team will be very busy in the weeks leading up to Forum, so a response to your refund request may take up to a week to reply to or will be post-event if submitted in the week before Forum.
You can transfer your place to a friend. You must request this before 1 August, we will not accept requests beyond this date.
