The UCCF trust board is responsible for the oversight and governance of our work, ensuring that we're always working to effectively meet our charitable objectives.
The trust board meet together at least four times a year. The board oversees our finances, establishes key policies (such as our safeguarding policy), and ensures our legal responsibilities are met.
The composition of the trust board is designed such that it maintains a good understanding of the student/academic world, and a student voice is ensured by the inclusion of the chair of UCCF's Student Council.

Simon grew up in Kent and studied Maths at the University of Cambridge. After university he stayed on in Cambridge, training as an accountant with KPMG and then pursued a career in finance, most recently as Finance Director and Company Secretary at CMR Surgical.
He is a member of Christ Church, Cambridge along with his wife, Sarah, and their three children.
Jenny is the Apprentice Programme Co-ordinator for Friends International, providing cross-cultural ministry training for junior staff working amongst international students in the UK.
Originally from Sussex, Jenny studied Biology at Southampton University, where being part of the CU established her in her faith. After working as a science teacher, she joined UCCF as Staff Worker in the Midlands. Those four years laid foundations for ministry, and nurtured a passion for the Bible and for world mission. She went on to serve with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students: first in Uganda, and later for five years in Russia where she served alongside and provided training for the first generation of national staff. On returning to the UK, Jenny was Senior Associate Minister at All Souls Church, Langham Place in London for ten years, with training, world mission and pastoral responsibilities.
Jenny now lives back in the village she grew up in, near Brighton. She is a lay minister in her local church, enjoys getting out onto the South Downs and is delighted to be involved with helping Ukrainians settle in the local community.
Jenny is one of the lead trustees for safeguarding.
Raymond was born in Birmingham, England to Jamaican parents; but was raised by his maternal grandmother alongside his twin sister in north-east London. After university where he was involved in running a Christian Union, he trained as a science teacher and taught in secondary schools in Tower Hamlets and Harringay.
For the past twenty years Raymond has led churches in South Africa and south-east London. In January 2022 he became the senior minister of East London Tabernacle. He is currently in his second term as a UCCF Trustee. In his spare time he enjoys watching movies, reading, swimming and cycling around London.
Raymond is married to Rebekah and they have four children.
Born in Inverness and raised in Scotland, James studied Law at Edinburgh University and, after a few years working for a law firm doing corporate finance work, he is now General Counsel and Company Secretary of Aegon UK. He is an elder of Edinburgh North Church. James is also chair of UCCF’s Scottish Advisory Council.
James and his wife, Beccie, live in Edinburgh with their four children.
James is one of the lead trustees for safeguarding.
Jai studied Maths at the University of Nottingham where he was active in his CU serving on the exec. Jai then studied for a Master's at the University of Leicester, the city he grew up in. Whilst at university Jai has been a part of the UCCF Student Council; he is currently the Chairing the group.
Recently Jai has moved to London to start his career as an actuary in a graduate role for a financial consultancy.
