Please arrive between 3-6pm on Monday 1 September. You will not be able to access the site before these times so no need to arrive any earlier! You can depart the site from 11am on Friday 5 September. If you are delayed on the day of the conference, let someone know who might already be on-site (your CU Staff Worker or another friend).

If you're travelling from (or via) London it may be cost effective to book a place on a UCCF coach travelling to and from Forum. These will be available to book here.

The nearest train station to Quinta is Chirk / Y Waun. It’s on the Shrewsbury-Chester line of Transport for Wales. When you arrive, look for the free shuttle coach service departing from the roadway by Chirk station to Quinta for Forum. A friendly Forum steward will mark the spot between 3-6pm on Monday 1 September.

The address is: Quinta Christian Centre, Weston Rhyn, Oswestry, Shropshire SY10 7LR. Free parking is available on-site at Forum; however, please note cars are not allowed on the camping field. When you arrive follow the directions of the friendly Forum stewards in high-vis who will show you where to park via the car park entrance - please do not try to drive into the main entrance. Once you have arrived on-site, you will be directed by our friendly stewards to the registration area, where you can collect your wristband for the week.
