Aidan will be starting work with UCCF as Relay Worker in August 2026.

Aidan is doing Relay in Nottingham, supporting the Christian Union in Nottingham Trent University - City Campus.

Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.

Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Aidan says...

Hi there! My name is Aidan and I have just finished studying at the University of Derby but will be serving as a Relay Worker at Nottingham Trent - City Campus.

I cannot give thanks to God enough for all that He has done during my three years at university, from growing in my own faith, to seeing God transform the hearts of friends who came to university as non-believers and leaving as strong Christians! However, despite my incredible experience, sadly the temptations and dangers of the university culture and lifestyle often grip the lives of the students. Seeing the brokenness on my campus shattered my heart and set a fire within me to spread the good news to as many as possible. I cannot wait to see what God will do in this coming year and am excited to reach a dark culture with true light! John 1:5 "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."

For this to be possible, I need to rely on the Lord's strength and provisions, so it would mean a lot to me if you could support me on this mission. There are two ways in which you can support and partner in this work: prayer and financially. Simply praying for the ministry would mean so much to me as the power of prayer can change situations (James 5). However, this important mission comes at a large cost, so if you could prayerfully consider giving financially, your generosity would be hugely appreciated!
