CU Staff Worker in our Midlands region.
Esther loved attending Royal Holloway University of London, where she studied English and Drama. She loved the beautiful Founders building, the community atmosphere and joining many different clubs and societies. She also loved exploring many of the cute coffee shops around the area with friends, and going for walks in Windsor Great Park.
Esther absolutely loved the Christian Union at University and it helped her grow in being bold in evangelism, and also gave her the opportunity to talk about Jesus with lots of her friends and do Uncover with them. She loved being able to be part of an exciting mission right in the heart of her campus, and seeing people's lives changed by Christ.
Esther has been brought up in a loving and caring Christian family. Her relationship with God has continued to grow through the years since she became a Christian in Junior School. Her gap year and other mission trips visiting Rwanda, Malawi, Mozambique and India allowed her to see Christianity in a different cultural context and taught her not to limit God and his amazing works. She has a passion for world mission, and loves to travel and visit new countries. Her favourite country in the world is Rwanda, and in Europe is Italy (in case anyone wanted any travelling recommendations!)
In her spare time, Esther loves to meet up with friends, go for coffee, get hooked on a period drama, play netball and beat people in board games.
She is so excited to be moving to a brand new place, with three fantastic universities, and see the students there glorify God with their whole lives! She is so grateful for the opportunity God has given her to work alongside students to equip and train them to live missionally on their campus.
Please give now to support Esther's vital work with Christian Unions. We can't do this without you.
