Isaac will be starting work with UCCF as Relay Worker in August 2026.

Isaac is doing Relay in Glasgow, supporting the Christian Unions in Glasgow School of Art and the University of Strathclyde.

Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.

Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Isaac says...

Hey, I'm Isaac and I've just finished studying a Masters in Product Design Engineering at the University of Glasgow and Glasgow School of Art. I'm really looking forward to staying in Glasgow this coming year to be the Relay Worker at both Glasgow School of Art and the University of Strathclyde!

I'm really excited for the work God is doing in this generation of students and young people. During my own time as a student, I've experienced so much grace and love from encounters with God, through church, in CU and through friends. I've grown more and more captivated by Jesus and want to know Him more, become more like Him and do the things that He did! I see how good God has been to me and I have been humbled by his loving kindness in all kinds of fun moments and tough challenges. I really want everyone who doesn't know Jesus yet to meet Him, and that's why I've decided to take this next step of faith and do Relay - to continue joining in with what He's already doing to draw students to Himself, and to get to be a small part of building for His Kingdom in Glasgow!

I would love to receive your support in prayer, both for myself and for all the students of Glasgow to know Jesus more and understand the depths of His love. Prayer is a vital part of supporting Isaac’s work with Christian Unions. Here are some prayer points from Isaac:

• Pray for an awakening to God's wrath for all students in Glasgow - that they would understand their need for salvation and choose to seek God. Pray that His loving kindness leads them to repentance, and that they put their faith in Jesus!
• Pray for revival in CUs - that Christian students are filled with the Holy Spirit to receive power to witness in Glasgow. Pray that they love God's Word, increase in faith and boldly proclaim the gospel!
• Pray for humility and wisdom for myself - that I would be constantly available to the Holy Spirit, more aware of God's presence in my life and that my heart and will would submit to Him!

It costs on average £10,000–£14,000 to cover the living and ministry expenses of a Relay Worker.
