Programme and Speakers

Programme

Morning

  • Unite together as we pray during the morning prayer meetings. Don’t forget to eat breakfast and grab a drink before the morning session.
  • Each morning and evening, we gather together in the Arena to worship, get equipped with great resources and be inspired by fantastic speakers.
  • Before lunch, choose one of the Mission Equipping Tracks: digging deeper over three days into who our God is and what it means to follow Him in His mission.

Afternoon

  • Enjoy lunch together with your CU. This is always a good opportunity to invite other CUs over, to hear from them, and to inspire one another with ideas. In the afternoon there are a range of workshops helping you think about CU excellence and also tackling prevalent issues you face.
  • We have loads of activities to make the most of free time in the sunshine. There are picnic tables, a lake and acres of space on-site to pray, plan and prepare for your CU mission as a group of leaders.
  • The Hub holds: exhibitors, the Relay Café, and Forum Bookshop by 10ofthose, with the chilled-out Studio next door.

Evening

  • Grab your food for the evening: whether that is cooking it yourself, collecting it with your meal pass, or having a delicious meal from one of the food vans.
  • After the evening meeting in the Arena, the Forum Fringe activities are the place to be! From a silent disco to acoustic worship, we have you covered.

Speakers

We are delighted that David Cook will be joining us in our morning sessions and helping us dig deeper into the book of Titus.

David is a graduate of Sydney Missionary and Bible College and Moore Theological College. He was the lead pastor of two churches in Australia and went on to be the Principal of a Bible College. After leaving this role, David and his wife Maxine set up the Expository Preaching Trust in order to encourage faithful and engaging preaching of the Bible. David preaches at conventions throughout the world. He has been married to Maxine for 50 years, they have 5 children and 15 grandchildren.

In the evenings we will be joined by a variety of speakers, including Richard Cunningham (UCCF Director) and Tim Rudge (UCCF Field Director). We will have a night focusing on world mission and are thrilled to have Jazz Vocalist and Composer Ruth Naomi Floyd with us.
