The Workshop

The Bible is incredible – but often people don’t think so. It contains an amazing message – but often people don’t want to hear it. It shows us the real truth about God and people – but often our culture considers it to be totally irrelevant. How can we take the Word God has given us to share, to the world God has given us to reach?

The Workshop aims to help bridge that gap; training you to passionately communicate God’s never changing word to our generation. The way it will work is like this: sessions at the start and the end of the day pushing you to think deeply about how we can keep God’s Word central in our witness.

Then, in two separate, hour-long seminars either side of lunch, delegates will be invited to deliver a 10 minute evangelistic talk (from passages in Mark) in small groups, before receiving feedback.

Don’t worry; we’re not expecting the perfect talk and the tone of the day will be really encouraging. It’s a great chance to have a go at a new skill.

And who knows? You may unleash a gift you never knew you had!
