Don't want the effort of cooking each day? Why not pay for a Meal Pass? Just collect your takeaway for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our caterers Gracious Catering will provide you with meals, in a takeaway format, from Tuesday dinner through to Saturday breakfast. This means you can grab your meal and head down to your CU campsite to hang out and maximise time with others in your region. We can cater for all dietary requirements. Meals will be provided in biodegradable/compostable containers to minimise waste. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle for refillable drinks. Meal passes are not available for purchase after 31st July 2023.
Making payments
There is a £25 non-refundable deposit paid for all bookings in order to reserve your place at Forum 2023.
The last date to pay your deposit is Thursday 13 July 2023 as the full balance of your deposit must be paid by Friday 14 July 2023. If you have not paid in full by 14 July, your £25 deposit will be kept and your booking may be cancelled.
After the 14th July, when making a booking you will have to pay in full.
The final booking deadline is: Monday 28th August.
