Event information and booking

When: Monday 2 September – Friday 6 September 2024.

Where: Quinta Conference Centre, Shropshire.

Cost: There is a £25 non-refundable deposit paid for all bookings in order to reserve your place at Forum 2024. Remember to budget for travel and food in addition to the cost of attending the event.

Camping: camp with your CU in your UCCF regional village.

Meal pass: Don't want the effort of cooking each day? Why not pay for a meal pass? Just collect your takeaway for breakfast, lunch and dinner. SOLD OUT

Our caterers, Gracious Catering, will provide you with meals, in a takeaway format, from Monday dinner through to Friday breakfast. This means you can grab your meal and head down to your CU campsite to hang out and maximise time with others in your region. We can cater for all dietary requirements. Meals will be provided in biodegradable/compostable containers to minimise waste. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle for refillable drinks. Meal passes will not be available for purchase after 2 August 2024.

Making payments

There is a £25 non-refundable deposit paid for all bookings in order to reserve your place at Forum 2024.

The last date to pay your deposit is Thursday 11 July 2024 as the full balance of your deposit must be paid by Friday 12 July 2024. If you have not paid in full by 12 July, your £25 deposit will be retained and your booking may be cancelled.

When making a booking after 12 July, you will have to pay in full.

The final booking deadline is: Monday 26 August 2024.

Help paying for Forum

Don’t let money be an obstacle to valuable training as a CU leader. Here are some ways to cover the cost of coming to Forum:

• Churches love to enable CU leaders to attend Forum. Talk to your CU Staff Worker about the best way to approach your local or home church for funding.
• Forum provides a limited number of discounted hardship places for anyone who has exhausted the above options and is still struggling with the cost. Talk with your CU Staff Worker for more details.
