Cost: There is a £25 non-refundable deposit paid for all bookings in order to reserve your place at Forum 2026. Remember to budget for travel and food in addition to the cost of attending the event.

It comes at a significant cost to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely alongside providing top quality content. We are keen to make sure the cost of attending is kept as low as possible as we're aware of the financial pressures of student life. To do this, UCCF significantly subsidises the ticket price for students while also reviewing spending and making savings where possible.
We're grateful for many generous supporters who give towards Forum and UCCF's ministry whose gifts enable the conference to run.
Don't want the effort of cooking each day? Why not pay for a meal pass? Just collect your takeaway for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can select a meal pass when making your booking.
Our caterers, Gracious Catering, will provide you with meals, in a takeaway format, from Tuesday dinner through to Saturday breakfast. This means you can grab your meal and head down to your CU campsite to hang out and maximise time with others in your region. Note that the meal pass does not include Saturday lunchtime as the conference finishes at 11am.
We can cater for all dietary requirements. Meals will be provided in biodegradable/compostable containers to minimise waste. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle for refillable drinks.
If you've already booked and want to add a meal pass please get in touch with the Forum team. Meal passes will not be available for purchase after 3 August 2026.

The last date to pay your deposit is Friday 10 July 2026 as the full balance of your deposit must be paid by Monday 13 July 2026. If you have not paid in full by 13 July, your £25 deposit will be retained and your booking may be cancelled.
When making a booking after 10 July, you will have to pay in full.

*Indoor spaces will be in same gender dorms, we have a small handful of single rooms reserved for those who have access needs. Please contact us if you require one of these.
