In UCCF’s Digital team, we seek to enable the whole organisation to operate effectively and meet its goals at every level, everywhere. We provide systems, sites and services that enable our operations and invite into our ministry.
We work across a broad technology stack including Microsoft and Salesforce platforms alongside our bespoke systems and websites.
As we seek to align our digital platforms with our ministry objectives we are looking to grow our capacity to deliver solutions – particular in the areas of full-stack web development and app development.
We’re looking for someone who loves to solve real-world problems using digital systems. You’ll always want the best solution, whether that means getting stuck in with your code editor or choosing the no-/low-code option. Many of our existing systems use HTML/CSS/JS on the front-end and PHP/MySQL behind the scenes, but an ability with code and a desire to learn are more important than your knowledge of specific languages.
Salary: £30,981- £36,809 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time of 37.5 hours per week, or part-time considered (minimum of 0.8FTE, or open to considering flexible working arrangement such as a term-time contract)
Holiday: 30 days holiday per year, plus 8 public holidays
Location: Our Oxford office, with flexibility for hybrid working
