Relay+

Relay+ combines a year of spiritual growth and CU work with the opportunity for Relay Workers to practice their creative skills in a professional office environment. It's an opportunity for you to gain experience and knowledge that support the wider work of CUs and help you to develop skills, gift and talents that God has wonderfully blessed you with.

The Relay Programme exists to give the opportunity to recent graduates to serve in CU mission while being discipled and trained. The purpose of Relay+ remains to primarily support, equip and encourage the work of the Christian Unions through the support of a Relay Worker.

Therefore, the majority of your time, three days a week, will be given over to working alongside a Christian Union. However, the other two days a week are an opportunity for you to gain experience and knowledge that support the wider work of CUs and help you to develop skills, gift and talents that God has wonderfully blessed you with. One way of thinking about it is this: ‘Not everything we do is mission, but everything we do is for mission’. Watch the video to find out more about Kitty’s experience of Relay+ and have a look through the potential options available.
