Information for Executors and Solicitors

If you're administering an estate that includes a gift to UCCF, or you’re adding UCCF to a Will, thank you. We can help make this process easy.

How can we help you?

Firstly, thank you for all the work you are doing as an executor or solicitor. We understand that this can be a daunting task, and if you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are unable to provide legal advice but would be very happy to talk about the process.

We administer all legacy gifts within guidelines from the Charity Commission.

If we have been left a share of an estate, we would gratefully receive the following:

  • A copy of the will
  • A list of the assets and liabilities of the estate
  • A copy of the estate accounts (when you are ready to make the final payments from the estate)
  • A tax deduction certificate (form R185)

If we have been left a fixed sum, then we do not need to see any of the additional information listed above.

Legacies can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.

For bank transfers, please first contact us for our bank details and a reference. You can do so by email info@uccf.org.uk or by phone: 01865 253678.

Cheques should be made payable to ‘UCCF’ and sent with a covering letter to: UCCF, Blue Boar House, 5 Blue Boar Street, Oxford OX1 4EE
